Ten years ago this day on 28th August my Daddy left for His heavenly abode. In 2013, 28th August was Janamashtami by Hindu calendar , the Birthday of Lord Krishna when Dad Mr Krishna Deo Tiwary, fondly referred to as Baba by His fans and followers, chose to leave us grief stricken. We observe His departure on Janmashtami by Hindu calendar, but we also observe 28th August as the day of mourning when Baba chose to leave us.

While He was unwell for some time and was shifted to ICU of Tata Main Hospital in Jamshedpur, we were strongly hoping that Dad would recover, a call was received from the hospital to immediately visit the ICU. All present at home rushed to the hospital.

The sinking heart rate and blood pressure on the monitor of His bed looked ominous. Yet we hoped for a miracle. But alas ! That did not happen. At 1.20 PM He left us behind for His Heavenly Abode.

We were shattered. That sadness is not yet gone.

We love you Daddy, we miss your physical presence though you always come to our rescue when we are faced with serious problems. We feel your presence around us, ( He is right here and teasing me by hanging my computer ) yet the lack your physical presence has left a void around our lives.
